Eni Pakistan Limited is an oil and gas exploration and production company. It is part of the Eni S.p.A. and is the operator of the Bhit and Kadanwari gas fields and many other on-shore and off-shore exploration licences.

We are looking for self-motivated candidates having following qualifications and experience to fill these positions at our Karachi office.

Qualification Coordinator

The Job:

Carry out Qualification and Feedback activities within Contracts and Procurement department.

Act as a focal point in coordination with the user departments in terms of the functions related to the Qualification and Feedback process.

Set up a vendor database of pre-qualified / qualified suppliers. Update database to add / delete suppliers as and when necessary.

Conduct pre-qualification process to add new suppliers. Set up a feedback mechanism of supplier performance and update the same on a regular basis.

Record all the main information related to the Suppliers qualification process in order to prepare analysis / reports about Suppliers Qualification and Feedback status.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering / MBA

Experience

4-5 years overall experience with minimum 2 years in a similar position. E&P experience will be preferred.

Good knowledge of materials and vendors used in Oil & Gas field operations and good knowledge of the Local market.

The candidates will be expected to travel on a need basis, both locally and internationally.
