FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANTS FOR I.T. TOWER PROJECT

Karachi Development Company Limited (KDC) is a wholly owned corporate entity of City District Government Karachi (CDGK) established with an objective to bring in vigour, responsiveness and efficiency of the corporate structure to undertake infrastructure development project for and on behalf of CDGK.

KDCL has entered into an agreement with the well known Malaysian company I.M. Berhad to build a 47-storey high-tech IT Complex adjacent to the Civic Centre, Hasan Square, Karachi which would house international class shopping mall, corporate offices, five-star hotel and about 10,000 call-centre seats.

The Assignment:
The Company invites proposals (Technical & Financial) from the interested persons, corporate entities, financial institutions and consortia for

1)  Financial Management Consultancy
2)  Technical Management Consultancy

Financial Proposal should be in a separate sealed cover. It should be clear and should not contain hidden amount.

The detailed conditions governing the RFP and terms of reference of the two assignments can be had from the office of the undersigned against payment of Rs. 25,000/- each (non-refundable) during office hours up to 12:00. The proposals, complete in all respects, must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on 24-04-2008.
