EXPRESSIONS of Interest

 Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh, Karachi invites the eligible National Companies, Institutions, Vendors, Suppliers to indicate their interest in providing services / goods / works to be used by IT Department, Government of Sindh for the following items, events and activities of IT Department

GROUP-A

01  I.T. Road shows and  participation in International Affairs / Events.
02  Preparation of promotional material (VCDs, CDs and Printing Material).
03  Seminars/ Workshops/ Walks for IT on different occasions/IT related events.

GROUP-B

04  Hiring of Consultant(s)/ Consulting Firm(s) regarding IT related projects/ activities as well as policy planning and preparation for short-term, mid-term and long-term phases.

Only qualified / selected entities in the identified areas / categories below will be further invited by IT Department, Government of Sindh to participate in the bidding of services / goods / works as needed / required in the context of the department's activities.

- Interested Companies are therefore, invited to purchase the tender/ detailed documents for both group (A&B) showing scope of services with payment of Rs. 500 through pay order in favour of the Section Officer (General) Information Technology Department from the date of publishing and submit their Expressions of Interests (Eol) by hand or courier to the Section Officer (Admn), Information Technology Department, Government of Sindh at 1st Floor, Sindh Secretariat Building No. 6, Karachi till 1.30 pm on 25-04-2008 and same would be opened before the Committed at 2.00 pm on same day. The companies are encouraged to be present during the opening of the Eol.
