TENDER FOR E-GOVERNMENT PROJECT

Provision of Hardware, Networking for

the Project of ''Access to Statutory &Case Laws Sindh''

Sealed  bids are invited for supply and installation of Hardware & Networking items for the project of ''Access to Statutory and Case Laws Sindh''.

• Potential Bidder(s) must submit 4 separate hard copies and 2 soft copies of technical and financial birds. Potential Bidder(s) should bid for all items in a category. Bids for few items are not allowed.
• Bidder conference will beheld on 14th April, 2008.
• RO should submit written queries regarding RFP three (3)days earlier to bidder's conference.
• Bids may be submitted to the undersigned in SEALED ENVELOPS (as per instructions in detailed RFP) at the address given below latest by 23rd April, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. Technical proposals of the bids submitted will be opened on the same date at 11:30a.m.
• RO must submit a bid bond equivalent to 2% of total financial bid  in separate envelop.
• Detailed RFP (Request for Proposal), specifications, detailed itemized list, terms and conditions are available in the  tenders section of the EGD's website: www.e-government.gov.pk   and PPRA's website: www.ppra.org.pk.
• EGD reserves the right to reject any bid, or to annul the tender without assigning any reason.
