MANAGER OPERATIONS

QUALIFICATION: BE Electrical.
EXPERIENCE: 4 Years of experience in Operations Management, Customer Care/Handling.

JOB RESPON- SIBILITIES:

1- To ensure smooth operation of Central Monitoring
System.

2- To ensure timely response on Alarm Complains and Customer Care.

3- Implementing and defining SOP and Best practices in CMS.

4- Coordination with Response Force service provider.

5- To ensure response time is minimized for enhancing customer satisfaction.

6- To Lead, Coat and Train the Operations Staff.

7- Ready to work under pressure and at odd hours.

8- Team player.

PROJECT ENGINEER

QUALIFICATION: BE Mechanical/Electrical
EXPERIENCE: 2-3 years experience in execution of Piping, pumps and Fire hydrant related
Projects.

JOB RESPON- SIBILITIES:

1- To analyze project drawings and prepare BOQ and project requirements
accordingly.
2- To ensure all queries of clients are taken care off efficiently.

3- To supervise all on-site execution activities as per design and specs.

4- To supervise work on piping and fabrication projects.

5- To handle multiple project at a time and ensure its successful execution and
commissioning.

6- To submit reports on Project Status to Project Manager on weekly basis.

7- To give trainings to Technicians and Service Engineers.
