Head of Lubricants Business

The position requires an individual with a relevant background to head the lubricants business unit and must possess the following.

Attributes:

• The incumbent will develop the lubricants commercial policy including the business vision, marketing and sales strategy and plan.

• Monitor and analyze sales, market trends and pricing of the range of products

• Thorough understanding of material procurement plant operations products formulation, marketing and sales of lubricants through different channels

• Strong organization and analytical skills with an ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualification & Experience:

• An Engineering degree with an MBA from a reputable institution.

• Extensive experience in a line management position in marketing and sales

• At least 10 years in lubricants business

• Familiarity with ERP system(s) would be a plus.
