We are a premier executive search company, serving a clientele of renowned multinationals and reputed companies in Pakistan & Middle East to identify top talent for their requirement of Business Management and Technical Executive in Banking, FMCG, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Human Resource Management Sectors.

Our Client, large prestigious petroleum marketing corporation, wishes to appoint a Senior Supply Chain Professional for the Supply Head function. It seeks applications from dynamic & self-motivated professionals who are target driven, are able to transform strategic business goals into action plans, smoothly manage the supply operations as well as possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills. The function & responsibilities of the job, qualification & core competencies required for the same are as follows:

Functions & Responsibilities:

Manage Supply Department as a whole and ensure its smooth operations, inclusive but not limited to:

• Review, negotiate & implement sale/purchase agreements with local refineries, present and upcoming, as well as international sources.
• Develop short-term and long-term strategies to ensure smooth supply of quality products, from local & international sources, in line with commercial/strategic requirements of the company.
• Ensure timely supply & imports of products as per sales & marketing requirements. Develop long term/short term forecasting/planning to ensure timely product availability. Develop integrated processes among marketing/sales, operations, logistics, refineries and foreign suppliers to execute planning/replenishment process.
• Broaden the supply base through identification & development of new local and international sources.
• Manage logistics & inventory of products in-line with commercial/strategic requirements of the company.

Qualification, Experience & Core Competencies:

• An Engineering degree, preferably with a MBA, from a reputable institution.
• Minimum 10 years experience in specific supply & distribution environment in a multinational/national organization of which 5 years should been spent at senior management level or as Head Of Supply. Oil-marketing/refinery associated experience will be a plus.
• Excellent analytical abilities, negotiating skills, with knowledge & understanding of integrated supply chain & logistics concepts, planning & forecasting processes & tools. Familiarity with ERP system(s) would be a plus.
• Well organized and ability to execute plans and have strong work ethics to get the job done.
