Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide secretarial support to the Business Manager

  • Handling routine correspondences telephone calls emails.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Minimum 2-3 years  experience in secretarial position

  • Teamwork interpersonal and communication skills

Receptionist

Your Responsibilities

  • Receiving screening and distributing incoming telephone enquiries.

  • Customer and client liaison

  • Administration duties

  • Typing of general documents correspondence and inputting of date

  • Mail couriers and distribution of faxes

  • Supervision of in-house staff

Your Profile:

  • Graduate with minimum 3 years working experience in a similar position

  • knowledge of Microsoft Excel as well other Microsoft Office programs

  • Excellent communication skills and friendly telephone manner.
