Invitation to submit Request for Proposal

For INSTALLATION OF ANIMAL FEED MILL IN KARACHI CITY ON JOINT VENTURE BASIS

1. CDGK invites Proposals from the interested persons, corporate entities, financial institutions and consortia for the above project on Joint Venture / Public-Private Partnership / EPC.
2. The Public Procurement Rules 2004 would strictly be followed with two envelope stage 2 procedure.
3. The detailed conditions governing the RFP and Terms of Reference can be obtained from the E & IP, GOO, during office hours on payment of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) in the shape of pay order in favour of EDO, E & IP, GOO, CDGK, from 3rd April 2008.
4. The proposals, completed in all aspects, are to be submitted latest by 19th April 2008 by 1230hrs. and shall be opened in the presence of the bidders at 1300hrs. on the same day.
5. The CDGK reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
