The candidate will be a part of the senior leadership team with a primary focus on monitoring, Implementing and ensuring compliance of HR program, processes and policies. Responsibilities will include designing and executing people-development and growth systems for deployment in a fast-paced, cutting edge environment for our BPO enterprise comprising of over 1,000 employees in multiple locations within Pakistan. Candidate must be able to demonstrate a penchant for innovative thinking, diligence and possess:

• Excellent leadership and people-development skills

• Superior communication and inter-personal skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior HR role in a reputable multi-national organization.
