Deloitte Romania (DRO) has been experiencing an unprecedented growth in recent years and is ranked second amongst the big four in Romania.

To enable us to pursue significant growth, we are seeking talented and experience audit professionals (Seniors / Supervisors / Managers ), Who have an eye for detail, can "think" outside the box" and who have a passion for their professionals . More specifically, they will need to demonstrated that they are able to perform the following responsibilities:

Specific Responsibilities

• To be able to work effectively in a team to plan, manage and execute audit engagement, within a risk based environment efficiently and effectively.

• To be international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) literate.

• To be sufficiently flexible to work cross border between the countries on audit engagements and where appropriate, to be able to effectively work in cross functional teams (for example , consulting, financial advisory service ) in different countries where your skills and industry experience are most appropriate.

• To be a role model and mentor for less experienced members of the team providing on the job training and to be able to develop young talented team members.

• To be able to develop effective business relationships with clients in order to identify , package and sell business solutions that help our clients grow and become more successful.

• To demonstrate an ability to be innovative in creating potential new service lines for assurance, and to work the wider team to implement your details.

 Qualification and Experience

• Professional Qualifications, Full membership (or in the later stage of completion ) of an internationally recognized professional accounting (ACA, ACCA or CPA) and /or an auditor's license issued by the appropriate authority.

• Prior Big 4 Audit experience preferred.

• Demonstrated up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS).

• Demonstrated entrepreneurial flair, drive and sales ability.

• Excellent oral and written communication (English Language).

• IT skills such as advanced use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint packages are required.

 Remuneration and level will commensurate with candidate's experience.
