PRINCIPAL  for SMS Aga Khan School, Karimabad , Karachi '

Sultan Mohamed Shah (SMS) Aga khan School , Karimabad is one of the largest campuses within AKES worldwide catering to more than 3500 students from ECD to grade 10. The school's competent faculty aims to imbibe in them confidence, creativity and critical consciousness and strives to achieve the institutions visions having "a dynamic learning organisation achieving excellence." The selected candidate will provide educational leadership, develop strategic school improvement plans and take initiatives to facilitate the academic and administrative activities in the school. S / He will be responsible for providing dynamic leadership to the faculty  as well as develop an open and conducive learning environment.

Preference will be given to the individual who has an advance degree preferably in Education, a minimum of 7 years teaching experience, proven expertise as an administrative ; knowledge of ECD primary and secondary education leadership and interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal  skills in English and Urdu. Familiarly with MS Office Packages and proven experience of working with volunteers, parents and the community is desirable.
