Profile:

The incumbent will be responsible to develop & Implement Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Execute best policies and procedure in "Recruitment & Selection".

Execute "Employer Performance Appraisal System".
-
Develop and implement career growth & succession planning.
-
Effectively implement comprehensive training plan.
Qualification & Experience:
-
MBA/MPA/MAS/ Master Degree in HRM from a reputable institution, Legal qualification will be an added advantage.

12-15 years progressive experience in multinational roles with at least 5 years on senior level HR position in a large size business / government organization.
Required Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Result Oriented, Highly Organized and Motivated.

Team Player.
-
Able to co-ordinate effectively & efficiently.
