H.R. Management Chief

CAA is in the process of re-structuring and re-modeling its HR Directorate to meet the challenges of tomorrow. Today HR Management is a critical element for organizations to move forward and produce best services to all stake holders. CAA desires to induct dynamic HR Generalist, who will be responsible for overall policies formulation, development and implementation to achieve organization's strategic targets inline with the mission and vision.

Overview:
Planning and implementation of HR Service delivery framework with particular focus on inductions & orientation, employee related litigation, improvement of HR policies, procedures and practices. The incumbent needs to have the "HR MINDSET" evident by a demonstrable concern for workforce development transparency and equity.

Profile:

  • The incumbent will re-shape and modernize the HR Directorate according to the latest HR practices.

  • Develop, enhance and implement HR policies and procedures in all directorates and locations.

  • Develop and enhance policies to Attract and Induct best talent in the organization.

  • Enhance and implement "Employee Performance Appraisal System".

  • Develop and implement career & succession planning and retain high performers.

  • Conduct TNA and develop comprehensive training program.

Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA / MPA / MAS / Master Degree in HRM from a reputable Institution. Legal qualification will be an added advantage.

  • 20 years progressive experience in multifunctional roles with at least 5 years as Head of Human Resource in a large size business / government organization.

Required Competencies:

  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

  • Result Oriented, Highly Organized and Motivated.

  • Ability to lead and influence change within the organization.

  • Ability to Co-ordinate and represent the HR Directorate at all levels.
