REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Installation / Operation of Dairy Milk Processing Plant at Landhi Cattle Colony, Karachi, On Public Private Partnership Basis

1. CDGK invites Proposals from the interested persons, corporate entities financial institutions and consortia for the Installation / Operation of Dairy Milk processing Plant at Landhi Cattle Colony, Karachi, to undertake the following three projects either jointly or separately on Joint Venture / Public Private Partnership / EPC.

a-Arrangement of the project finance to fund the planning, designing, development installation and operation of Dairy Milk Processing Plant.

b-Planning, designing, development, installation and operation of Dairy Milk Processing Plant.

2. The Public Procurement Rules 2004 would strictly be followed with two envelope stage 2 procedure.

3. The detailed conditions governing the RFP and Terms of Reference can be obtained from the E & IP, GOO, during office hours on payment of Rs. 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand Only) in the shape of pay order in favour of EDO, E & IP, GOO,  CDGK, from 20th  March, 2008.

4. The proposals, complete in all respects, are to be submitted latest by 12th April, 2008 by 1230 hrs. and shall be opened in the presence of the bidders at 1300 hrs. on the same day.

5. The CDGK reserves the right to accept or reject any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
