REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS ESTABLISHMENT OF INTER-CITY BUS TERMINUS AT DEH BHATTI AMRI , SCHEME-33, SUPER HIGHWAY

CDGK invites Proposals from the interested persons corporate entities financial institutions and consortia for establishment of Intercity B us Terminus at Deh Bhatti Amri, Scheme -33 Super Highway to undertake the following three projects either jointly or separately Venture / Public - Private Partnership / EPC.

a. Arrangement of the project finance to fund the planning designing , development and construction of Inter- City Bus Terminus.

b. Marketing of leasehold rights and rentals.

c. Planning designing development & construction of Intercity Bus Terminus.

The Public Procurement Rules 2004 would stricty be followed with two envelop stage 2 procedure.

The details conditions governing the RFP and Terms of Reference can be obtained from the E & IP, GOO , during office hours on payment of Rs, 25,000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only) in the shape of pay order in favour of EDO, E & IP, GOD, CDGK, from 20th March 2008.

The proposals , complete in all respect, are to be submitted latest by 08th April 2008 by 1130 hrs and shall be opened in the presence of the bidders at 1200 hrs on the same day.

The CDGK reserve the right to accept any offer without assigning any reason thereof.
