REAL ESTATE EVALUATION

The Estate Department Karachi Port Trust requires the services of experienced and reputable firm for evaluation of the rate of rent of the Land / Area and property at Boat Building Yard West Wharf.

The Evaluator should have considerable knowledge of modern real estate appraisal methods and techniques, expertise on law and statues of the land especially on land use for the purpose of Port related activities and extensive experience in the field for more than 10 years.

The firm will be responsible for applying modern approaches to estimate the various kinds of real estate compiling and analyzing necessary record  and data, inspecting land and property and calculating real estate values and upset prices.

Interested firms are required to submit their CV's profile in the office of estate department KPT Head office Eduljee  Dinshaw Road Karachi by 7th April 2008 during the office hours.
