Head of H.R & Services

Profile

• The incumbent will manage all human resource functions including organization/learning development, talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, policy management, employee recognition, employee union relations and legal issues.
• Will facilitate organizational development and change management including organizational redesign and strategic planning in line with the changed business dynamics.
• Overlook and actively support business objectives for the Administration, Purchasing, Government Relations and Security posture of the Company

Qualification and Experience

• An MBA degree from a reputable institution, Legal qualification will be an added advantage
• 15 years progressive experience in multifunctional roles with at least 5 years as head of human resource in a large multinational/reputed national organization
• Experience must include hands-on responsibility for full scope of Human Resource Management in a large sized business corporation.
