Appointment of Power Plant Consultant for the Establishment of 250 MW Thermal Power Plant Complex (TPPC) at Pakistan Textile City

Pakistan Textile City is a state-of-the-art Industrial Estate being developed for the value-added textile industry on 1250 acres of Port Qasim (Eastern zone) Karachi. The company is a Public / Private Joint Venture between Government of Pakistan, Public institutions and Leading Financial institutions.

The project is in the stage of infrastructure development and the management intends to engage the services of a wide-ranging experienced Consultant Firm for designing , execution, installation, commissioning and start  up of Thermal Power Plant having approximate capacity of 250 MW to supply uninterrupted power to consumers of Pakistan Textile city.

Interested Firms / Consortium having minimum 15 years of extensive working experience in the field of Designing, Installation, Execution, Commissioning, and contract negotiations with EPC contractor/ BOOT for independent Power Generation plants and having established at least two 200 MW thermal power plant, may obtain Request for Proposal (RFP) at the address given below against Non-Refundable Pay Order of Rs 5,000 in the name of Pakistan Textile City LImited from 15th March, 2008 to 11th April, 2008 during office hours.

DUE DATE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL WITH RELEVANT INFORMATION IS 15thApril, 2008 UNTIL 16:00 HOURS.
