CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (KARACHI BASED):

Reporting to Sales & Marketing Manager the incumbent will provide product related information like price, delivery & availability. (S)he must have capability to handle customer complaints, logistics issues & ensure effective network & communication with business partners (Dealers/Distributors/Customers). The ideal candidate would be a Bachelor in any discipline from a recognized university with minimum 3 years of experience. Candidate should demonstrate strong communication & interpersonal skills & should be proficient in written & verbal English & able to handle business correspondence independently. Computer literacy is must.
