A Karachi based prestigious corporate organization engaged in down-stream petroleum activities and affiliated with renowned multinational petroleum groups requires the services of following:

HR EXECUTIVE

Position Profile:

As an HR generalist, must have the exposure of various HR functions such as HR policies development; organizational design; recruitment and selection; performance management; compensation and benefits; training and development and HRIS (SAP HR-payroll, time management, organizational management, etc.)

We require:

• MBA / MPA with specialization in Human Resources from an HEC recognized and well reputed business school.

• Minimum  3-4 years HR function experience in an organization of repute.

• Good interpersonal skills, effective written and verbal communication skills, and well versed in the use of MS Office.

Selected candidates will undergo an extensive training for a period of two (2) years and one (1) year for trainee engineers and management trainees respectively. On successful completion of training, there are prospects for the trainees to be employed with the company, but the training scheme does not offer any guarantee of employment.
