Clearing / Forwarding Agent

Sealed tenders are invited from  registered firms involved in Custom Clearance Packing , Shipping and Freight Forwarding for appointment as Clearing Agent. The successful bidders will have to sign an agreement with the department valid till             30-06-2009 extendable with mutual consent and will work on behalf of the department for shipment related services clearing  of consignment(s) from Islamabad / Karachi airports, Karachi / Gawadar seaports and logistics to site at Islamabad.

The bids should be in detail in all respect covering service charges related to Shipment (at origin and sea / air) clearance of consignment(s) from air port / sea port, Documentation , Loading / Unloading Logistics any other Agency Charges etc. (minimum as well as maximum).

The bids should reach the undersigned by 10:00 am on March , 15, 2008 and will be opened on the same day at least 30 minutes after the closing time. Competent authority reserve the right to reject the bids / tender without assigning any reason.
