Mobile Complete is a Silicon valley startup that provides remote access to over 1000 handsets across carriers in US Canada, France and Germany. We are looking for Technical Writers & IT support Engineer Administration in our Karachi Office.

The Technical Writer will be responsible to document our products and features. The ideal candidate should b e MA (English) with experience and understanding of IT and wireless technologies. The candidate should be a professional writer of excellent English skills with an ability to think from the user's point of view.

The IT Support Engineer / Administration will be responsible for resolving network, device and server issues along with excellent administrative skills to document and manage tasks such as shipment of devices to and from various global locations. The candidate will also streamline existing and new processes, maintain and constantly update software and servers while managing strong inter department relations. Candidates with network certifications like CCNA, CCNP will be preferred.
