Offshore Communication (Call Center) - (Karachi / Islamabad Based)

Executive / Senior Executive - Offshore Communications

Responsible for providing quality sales and customer support services through inbound calls, live chat and email on the basis of provided guidelines.

Profile:

• Graduate from the US O & A level educational background. Or
• Experience in handling international clients via telephone.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Neutral or non-inflicted American or British accent
• Basic computer, Internet search and written communication skills

Remuneration Package:

The remuneration package under this position is incomparable. Package details are listed below:

Gross Salary: Rs 24,480 to 46,590

Bonus: Up to 4 full salary bonuses in a year

Total Package per Month: Rs 32,640 to 62,120

International Marketing (Karachi based)

Executive / Senior Executive - Search Engine Optimization

(Salary range Rs. 24,480 to 46,590 pick and drop service and PF EOBI life insurance self, family and parents' medical insurance bonus)

Responsible for managing different Search Engine Optimization processes, including on-page and off-page optimization, directory submission, link building and other optimization activities.

Skills:

• Strong International search skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Webmaster skills
• Algorithmic understanding

Profile:

• Minimum two year's experience with demonstrated results and achievements in Search Engine Optimization
• Preferably a graduate

Executive / Senior Executive - Concept & Copy

(Salary range Rs. 24,480 to 46,590 pick and drop service and PF EOBI life insurance self, family and parents' medical insurance bonus)

Responsible for designing communication message for different one-to-one and one-to-all communication mediums including websites, banners, e-mails, brochures & print collateral, etc.

Skills:

• Strong marketing concepts and Internet search skills
• Outstanding written communication skills

Profile:

• Experience of concept and copy writing with a reputable organization. Or
• Business graduates from the US or graduates or master's degree holders in English or mass communication

Administration (Karachi Based)

Assistant / Associate Manager - Food Services

(Salary range Rs. 46,590 to 66,810 company - maintained 800cc and PF EOBI life insurance self, family and parents' medical insurance bonus)

 Responsible for managing operations of cafeteria and other establishments that prepare and serve meals & beverages to employees; overseeing the inventory, ordering & serving of food, and planning & budgeting of menu items. Will also be responsible for managing food service for different corporate events.

Skills:

• Strong planning, execution and people management skills.
• Food presentation and taste evaluation skills
• Budgeting & forecasting on the basis of budget report and feasibility analysis

Profile:

• Minimum bachelor's, diploma or equivalent from a reputable institute, preferably a degree in hotel management.
• At least 5 years of experience in food management operations in a restaurant, hotel, or catering industry.

Assistant / Associate Manager - Environment Management

(Salary range Rs. 46,590 to 66,810 company - maintained 800cc car and PF EOBI life insurance self, family and parents' medical insurance bonus)

Responsible for the complex Environment primary containing operations of housekeeping, Preventive & Fault Maintenance of fixed & movable assets and Basic Utilities Management.

Skills:

• Basic computer and Internet search skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong work ethic, excellent initiative, planning, execution and people management skills.

Profile:

• Minimum bachelor's, diploma or equivalent from a reputable institute, preferably a degree in Business Administration
• At least 3 years of experience in a leading position in the Administration department of  a hotel, hospital or a reputable organization.
