Under the Gender Support Programme (GSP) the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) the Planning and Development Division (P&D) the Ministry of Women Development Division (MOWD) and the Provincial Local Government and Planning and Development Departments are undertaking a joint initiative title "Gender Based Governance System"   of Women Development (MOWD) and the provincial Local Government and Planning and Developments are undertaking a joint initiative title "Gender Based Governance System" (2008-12). The Project aims at capacity building of bureaucracy and the political leadership at all tries of governance and developing a gender monitoring framework at the Project Implementation Units.
