The Aga Khan Rural Support Programme (AKRSP) is an institution of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) Established by the Aga Khan Foundation in 1982, AKRSP has been working in northern Pakistan in the field of integrated rural development with the mission to promote inclusive human development and eradicate extreme poverty.

To manage the M&E sections at the regional level we are looking for suitable , competent professionals fill in the positions of Manager Monitoring & Evaluation based at our Baltistan (Skardu) and Chitral offices:

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and facilitate M&E staff in planning , monitoring and evaluation.
Facilities and coordinate with other technical sections in planning , monitoring and evaluating their activities.
Prepare project proposals on Programme interventions.
Provide technical support to science in conducting impact studies and in evaluation of activities.
Identify and arrange training courses for development of M&E professionals and build their capacity on socio-economic indicators and impact analysis.
Capacity building of Local / Community Support Organizations in M&E systems and provide support to them in project planning , monitoring and evaluating their activities.
Ensure timely production of all progress , annual and donor reports in collaboration with the sections.

Candidate should have:

Completed Masters in Economic preferably from a reputed university.
Up to 5 years relevant experience preferably in development sector.
Strong research and analytical , proposal writing interpersonal , presentation and M&E skills
