National Bank of Pakistan requires prominently located commercial plot / building measuring 2000 to 3000 sq. ft. or thereabout, situated on main Rashid Minhas Road, Karachi around Gushan Chowrangi, free from all encumbrances.

Owners of such plot / building may please drop their offers together with complete documents (photocopy) of the plot offered, in sealed envelope at the office of the undersigned latest by 11:00 a.m. on 29-2-2008. The offers will be opened by a committee on the same day at 12:00 noon in the presence of the bidders.

The Bank will not pay any commission to any Estate Agency, if any Estate Agency prefers to participate in the process.

The Bank reserves the right to reject any or all of the offers without assigning any reason.
