Consultant Architect

A Multinational Information Technology Company has acquired an office space over 40,000 sq.ft. in Karachi. Consultant Architects are required to design and prepare complete layout, BOQ, drawings etc., to fabricate most modern office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect will design complete layout, prepare floor plan indicating seating arrangements, placement of furniture, reception area, customer area, internet area, conference rooms, meetings room, project rooms, managers room, computer rooms, data backup and recovery center, placement of furniture, fixtures, cafeteria, kitchen, toilets, complete BOQ and all kinds of drawings for electrical, plumbing, civil works, air conditioning, generator, UPS and installing various devices etc.

• Architect will completely understand the requirements, give his expert advice and will supervise the complete project alongwith the Company's Project Manager throughout the period until it is complete and ready for occupation.

• Fully participate and closely work with the Company's Management Team to prepare RFP for sending to the prospective fabricators, evaluating the proposals received from them, give findings and expert opinion to help the selection of the best fabricators.

• Regular visits to the site as required by the Company, but not less than 2 visits per week. The estimated period of Consultancy Services will be one year.

• Review quality and progre4ss of the work, closely coordinate with the Project Manager and help / guide whenever needed.

Reputed Architects interested in working on the project are requested to submit their proposals indicating the fee for complete work and company's profile alongwith the copies of following documents for necessary evaluation.

• National Tax Number (NTN) Certificate

• Certificate of Incorporation alongwith the Form A specifying details of owners

• Copy of Partnership Deed (in case of Partnership Firm)

• Audited Balance Sheet and Income Statement for last 3 years

• List of top 5 or more projects handled by the Bidder
