Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability Manager

National Foods Ltd., is one of the most well known multi category food companies of Pakistan with market leadership in several category in both the domestic as well as International market. We are looking for a forward thinking, passionate individual who can lead our CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Sustainability Program.

NFL's Sustainability or CSR Manager will develop, advise and manage all CSR activities, supporting NFL's core business objectives. S/he will build understanding, ownership and recognition for the company's CSR reputation internally and externally.

Key Areas include:

• Periodic Sustainability Strategy alignment and re-development
• Facilitation of target-setting and progress benchmarking
•  Documenting, Reporting and Assurance
• Stake holder Engagement

Required Skills:

• Able to develop a solid, passionate understanding of the Sustainability context
• Personal passion to learn more about Sustainability, develop solutions, and deliver ethical, long-term results
• Must be fluent in English and Urdu
• Proven self-starter, able to follow-through with minimal supervision, and demonstrated experience in managing people, projects and meeting deadlines
• Excellent organizational skills; ability to research, extract, analyze and interpret data, prepare reports, recommendations and public communications
• Computer skills; MS Office, preferably including Project, Lotus Notes and thoroughly focused Internet-research

Required Qualifications:

• Masters in Business Administration/Management or Social Sciences
• Ideally 4 years experience
