Senior Editors

• Must be practicing Journalists with at least eight to 10 years' experience

• Must have led and supervised departments, sections or Magazines within a Newspaper or Magazine

• Ability to tackle news in unusual ways

• Experience in news, business, political , sports, feature writing and reporting.

• Supervisory and people management skills

• Understanding of trends in Journalism, especially online

• Copy editing, headline writing skills

• Coaching and motivational skills

Artists, Illustrators & Designers

• Must be on top of the news
• Ability to conceptualize page designs, illustrations and other visuals
• Work with Photoshop, Indesign, illustrator
• Must have written English skills preferably with Journalism background
• Graduates in Fine Art, Graphic Design will be given preference
• Must have worked in newspaper or magazine environment for at least five years.
• Information graphics skills will be highly preferred
• Must have keen understanding of typography, colour and design
• Must be numerate

Sub-Editors

• Must have had at least 8 to 10 years of copy editing experience in an English-language newspaper
• Design skills will be valued
• Writing and reporting experience preferred
• Supervisory and people management experience preferred
