HR Relationship Managers (HR-RMs)
Job location: Karachi
Responsibilities:

• Work as HR leads and act as a point person for the other Groups

• Coordinate and facilities in the professional settlement of HR issues and human capital requirements of various Groups / Officers

• Coordinate HR activities including (but not limited to) recruitment , performance appraisals, manpower planning etc. between the Human Resource Groups

• Represent the HR Group at different forms and provide professional contribution.

Eligibilities:

• Masters degree in Business Administration

• Minimum 3 years of experience of having worked in the HR Department of a sizeable company

• Not more than 30 years of age

• Self motivated personality with interpersonal and communications skills
