SDSSP Documentary EOI

The Sindh Devolved Social Services Program (SDSSP) aims to improve education and health services, and access to water and sanitation, thereby helping to reduce poverty and gender imbalances; in addition to creating fiscal space for increasing and sustaining investments in social sectors.

The SDSSP is providing funds to 23 districts and 119 TMAs of province of Sindh in Education, Health, water & sanitation, solid waste management; playing, active role in capacity building of local governments; disseminating technical knowledge through seminars and workshops.

The SDSSP intends to prepare a 45 minutes documentary to capture and highlight the role of SDSSP in development of Sindh. The documentary may have following components.

1. Interview with all stakeholders, mainly local Government representatives and citizens of the area.

2. Reflection of development works undertaken.

Also, documentary should cover completed schemes, and ongoing development work. Emphasis would be on gender aspects like girl child education, mother & child care, poverty reduction and participation of women elected representatives.

SDSSP now invites eligible Production Houses (hereafter referred to as Consultants) to indicate their interest in providing above-mentioned services. Interested Consultants must provide evidence indicating that they are qualified to perform the services.
