We are looking for high Caliber individuals that are willing to do whatever it takes to deliver the highest quality of work to our clients. We are looking for Development Manager who have a minimum of 6-8 years of IT experience and able to work indenpendently with ability to understand requirements and realize implementation and quality of deliverables. Technical Writer who have at a minimum 2-3 years of IT experience and able to write and produce a variety of technical documents including proposals and manuals for documentation. Team Leads who have at a minimum 3-4 years of It experience and able to works as well as manage team of developers. Senior Software Engineers who have at a minimum of 2-3 years of IT experience and able to meet deadlines ensuring quality of work delivered. Software Engineers who have at a minimum of 2 years of IT experience. Candidates should have these skills set: Must have strong object Oriented Analytical skills and ability to research / develop technical solution from Scratch, In depth  knowledge of. Net , Java and / or Open Source Platform. Hands on experience on one of / or a combination of C#, VB.Net, Java,PHP5. Hands on experience on XML, Web Services MS SQL Server 2000 / 2005, MySQL HTML and JavaScript. Qualification Required: Computer Sciences Graduation from a reputed university with excellent marks. Microsoft Certified on. Net Platform (will be a plus) Must be able to communicate in English - Written and Spoken. Must be flexible in work timings to accommodate some overlap with US hours.
