1. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (2) (Tenure Track Positions)

Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research (PCMD) invites qualified applicants under the Tenure Track System. Pay Scales according to the approved HEC Statutes for Tenure Track will be applicable.

A) Candidates should have Ph.D degree from any recognized University in the field of Molecular Genetics with at least 1 year post doctoral teaching / research experience its purification and functional assays.

B) Candidates should have Ph.D.  degree from any recognized University in the fields of Chemical Sciences with at least 1 year post doctoral teaching or research experience in Chemical and molecular immunology with relevant experience in chemical and molecular immunology with relevant experience in antigenic peptides and its interaction with major histocompatibility complex.

2. RESEARCH OFFICER (1):

Candidates should have Ph.D.  Degree in either Biochemistry, Genetics . Molecular Biology or Microbiology with relevant experience in tissue culture techniques. The candidates will be sent abroad to be trained in the area of cellular regeneration.

Application should be submitted on prescribed form which can be obtained from the Administration Officer (Establishment Section) Room No. 201, International Center for Chemical and Biological Sciences , against a Pay Order of Rs. 300, drawn in favour of the Co-Director (PCMD). Eligibility and Tenure System Rules , for each post, can  also be obtained from the same office.

Six copies of application forms and a pay Order of Rs. 700, drawn in favour of the Co-Director (PCMD) along one with attested copies of the degree / certificates and reprints of research publications, must reach the Co-Director , Dr. Panjwani Center for Molecular Medicine and Drug Research , International Center of Chemical and Biological Sciences of Karachi -75270 within 15 days of the publication of this advertisement.
