Efroze is a leading Healthcare company exporting pharmaceutical products to 20 countries across the globe. To match its growth and nurture its human capital, the organization is looking for a high calibre HR professional with demonstrated capacity and competence to head its HR Department.

The incumbent will be part of a strategic team involved in driving the organization's growth and adding value to the business through resource optimization and organization of HR development initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

• Effective execution of all HR functions and alignment of HR strategies to facilities fulfillment of business plans and achievement of organizational goals.

• Management of career development through succession of planning and leadership.

• Professional development of HR functions through implementation of best practices.

Qualification and Experience:

• Candidate should be an MBA in HR/Administration or a Master's in Social/Management Sciences.

• 10 years experience, preferably 5 years as Manager HR & Administration in a reputed concern.

• Should have excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

• Should possess high computer literacy
