Coordinator, Community Development - OMV

Key Accountabilities:

• Provide program and organizational support in execution of CD projects to the field based staff
• Prepare monitoring and evaluation plan for community development program
• Periodically monitor the level of delivery of the project activities, alert and provide recommendation for effective project implementation
• Compile monthly, quarterly and annual reports of Community Development Program
• Conduct Project evaluation upon its completion and carry out project impact studies
• Develop case studies for different publications

Qualification & Experience:

• Master's in Social Sciences
• More than five years of work experience especially in monitoring and evaluation of integrated rural development projects
• Experience in collecting and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data
• Knowledge of monitoring & evaluation and research methodologies
• Good knowledge of current development issues in Pakistan
• Good written communication skills including the ability to analyze large quantities of information and synthesize it into concise reports relevant to diverse audiences
• Ability/aptitude to work independently and under pressure
• Extensive computer skills
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, multiple goals, problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated cross-cultural sensitivity
