Aviation Country Operations Manager Pakistan

Shell Pakistan is seeking to recruit a top level professional, with high technical, managerial and leadership skills, for the above position.

Key accountabilities are:

• Manage airfields where Shell operates, including applicable JVs.
• Ensure high standards of Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE) at all airfields. Develop and implement HSSE plans and ensure alignment of operations with local legislation.
• Manage relationships with local representatives of airport authorities, airlines and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure talent management by developing career progression, leadership and Diversity & Inclusiveness.
• Implement operational elements of various market segment Customer Value Propositions.

The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate from a reputed institution, preferably with an MBA degree, having 3-5 years technical / operational experience in a multinational company.
