HR Assistant Manager (Karachi) - CBL

Reporting to the Head of HR you will support the provision of a comprehensive HR service to managers and employees. This will incorporate all aspects of service delivery including employers relations, talent management and reward management. The individual we are looking for should be experienced in providing general HR support and must have worked in all functions of HR like HR planning recruitment, compensation and benefits training and development and performance management to say the least. He should be an MBA from a reputed local or foreign university and must have at least 6-8 years of relevant experienced with a passion for working with people. He should be able to work both at the grass root level and at the strategic level of the organization. Experience of working with HRIS will be preferred. This is a exciting position for individuals who want to make a career in HR, and gain experience of change management.
