Aga Khan University Hospital (AKUH) invites applications for the following position:

MANAGER, HOSPITAL PHARMACY SERVICES

The incumbent will organize, direct, monitor and manage Pharmacy Services including computerized systems for Unit Dose Drug Distribution, Ambulatory Care and In-patient Computerized Physician Order Entry, Cytoxic Drug Admixturing, Intravenous Piggyback System, Total Parenteral Nutrition Service, Point of Care Pharmacy Practice as well as overseeing the performance of the Drug and Poison Information Center. He/she will also be responsible for developing departmental policies and procedures in compliance with the Joint Commission International Accreditation standards.

Candidates should have a postgraduate degree in Hospital Pharmacy or a Pharm. D along with 8-10 years relevant and advanced experience in pharmacy practice and pharmacotherapy. Individuals having license and registration in USA, Canada or UK will be preferred.
