Location : Karachi
Job Specs & Responsibilities : The candidate should
ensure implementation of corporate HR strategy and work on high performance
culture. The key contribution to business will be providing professional advice
to and facilitate business on recruitment, training & development and
performance management. Extensive experience in designing and delivering
curriculum to all levels of an organization. Experience in organizational
effectiveness processes, methodologies. Understand the business requirements to
determine recruiting strategy, sourcing, assessing & interviewing qualified
candidates utilizing behavioral & various recruiting tools and techniques.
He/She should embrace a continuous improvement philosophy
and possess strong analytical capabilities, excellent communication skills, good
SAP HR skills will be an asset, able to meet targets and be a team player with
robust influencing skills. This position reports to the Head of Human Resources.
