We are pleased to inform our shareholders that dividend warrants in respect of OGDCL 1st Interim Dividend (D-26) for the year 2007-08 at the rate of 17.5% (Rs. 1.75 per ordinary share of Rs. 10/- each ) decided on October 25, 2007 have been dispatched to all the entitled shareholders i.e., shareholders whose names were appearing in the Registrar of Members of the Company as on December 17, 2007.
