Cupola Pakistan is part of a Global Group of companies with multi-faceted operational focus. In Pakistan our operational focus is primarily in Food & Retail franchising. Our vision is to grow progressively.

Cupola, for its Franchise of KFC, is seeking appropriate candidates for the following positions based in Karachi., Lahore, Islamabad, and Motorway including Sukehkl, Bhera, Saial and Chakri etc.

The following positions are restaurant-based

Assistant Business Unit Manager (Male) :

The candidate should be a Graduate (Master's preferred). Should be presentable, energetic, possessing leadership skills and having a sharp focus on customer services. Experience in Retail Management would be an advantage.

Customer Relations Executive (Female) :

The candidate should possess a minimum of Master's degree and presentable personality. Should be customer services oriented an willing to interact with people.

Customer Relations Officer (Female):

The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree and presentable personality. Should be a customer services oriented and willing to interact with people.

Team Members (Male/Female):

The candidate must have completed Intermediate and should be hard working.

The following positions are based at Cupola's Corporate Offices

Manager Administration (Based in Lahore)

The candidate should be a Master's degree holder with 4-5 years of hands-on experience in administration of a well reputed organization. Should be well-versed and up-to-date with the latest rules and regulations of the Government, Lahore and Criminal Law.

Manager Quality enhancement (Based in Lahore):

The candidate should possess Master's degree in Food Sciences & Technology, with a strong background in latest QA technology and techniques an a minimum experience of  4-5 years with a well-reputed organization.

Assistant Manager I.T. Networks (Based in Karachi):

The candidate should possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering (MCSE, CCNA preferred) and 5 years experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of LAN & WAN administration, RAS and MS Exchange Server 2003 on Enterprise level.

Manager Maintenance (Based in Karachi):

The candidate should have a B.E. in Mechanical (MBA would be an advantage) with 4-5 years experience of work in a similar capacity.  Should possess sound technical knowledge and background of working with production plants.

Junior Architect (Based in Karachi):

The candidate should be a Bachelor's in Architecture from a renowned university with 1-2 years experience in the relevant field. The candidate should be good at visualization and must possess excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

All the above positions require excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with proficiency in MS-Office. Some of the position may require countrywide traveling.
