Must have the ability to take ownership of the business model to communicate the company vision to external / internal constituents , and to articulate and to articulate and drive the development of a next generation market segment product and services.

As CEO, you will act as evangelist of the company's vision with a responsibility for evolving and improving on company's growth through inspiring leadership.

You will supervise, plan, mobilize resources and ensure activities to achieve set targets. Analyze market opportunities for the company, and create focus around those in which the company can develop product/services competitive edge and become a key segment holder of IT market.

GM Development

The position will be responsible for overall execution of projects and timely delivery of the products as per clients requirement. As GM Development you must be able to comprehend & analyze client requirements, estimate project, plan & schedule the project by selecting appropriate, methodology and effective resource allocation. This requires monitoring of projects and coaching the programme managers on quality aspects. The ideal candidate must have master degree in IT with extensive 10 years plus relevant experience and must be able to take on the ownership of the affairs and lead the team of professionals to achieve the targets on time.
