Wal-Mart Global Procurement (WMGP), a division of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. with offices located in over twenty countries.

We are seeking highly motivated candidate for the post of Ethical Standards  Auditor in our Pakistan office

Job Responsibilities to Include :

• Responsible for monitoring and remediation responsibilities as identified for Compliance Auditors
• Advice factories on corrective action plans and identify potential remediation programs.
• Provide Professional analysis and recommendations to factory management to drive sustainable compliance practices.
• Stays up-to-date and knowledgeable on labor laws for the countries under areas of responsibility. Required to travel as needed within the country.  

Candidate Should Have :

• University graduate with high academic standing.
• This is an entry level position & we prefer 2/3 years of CSR or HSE experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills including good command over spoken and written English.
• Sound knowledge of Labor Laws would be an advantage.
• Self-motivated, hardworking and a team player who takes initiative.
• Ability to identify, report and help remediate factory-level social compliance related issues.
