Compensation and Benefits Advisor - ECPL
Those who meet the following criteria should apply:
- 8 to 10 years of HR experience, 3 to 4 years of which should specifically be in designing and implementing Compensation and Benefits policy for all employees
- Experience in carrying out industry surveys to develop salary and benefits programs to maintain external competitiveness and internal equity
- Ability to advise management in relation to internal and external HR issues as per company's requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong quantitative analytical skills
