NOTICE INVITING TENDER FOR PURCHASE OF NAVIGATIONAL AID EQUIPMENT

Sealed tenders are invited from manufactures / suppliers / authorized distributors for the above work on the basis of free delivery at Port Qasim Authority.

The interested manufacturers / suppliers / authorized distributors may obtain terms and conditions with details of items / specifications from the office of Director (Stores) during office hours or can also be to download from PQA and PPRA websites.

Tender documents, complete in all respect  with 2% earnest money along with the copies of GST Registration Certificate and proof of Authorized Distributors, are to be submitted by 1130 hours on 26,12,2007 in the office of Director (Stores), Port Qasim Authority, Bin Qasim, Karachi - 75020 Phone (Direct) No. (92-21) 9272169. The tenders will be opened on the same date at 1200 hours in the presence of the representatives of the bidders, who may wish to attend. The documents received after due date and time will not be entertained.

Port Qasim Authority reserves the right to reject any or all applications without assigning any reason thereof and no claim whatsoever will be entertained in this regard. Authority's decision in this respect shall be final and binding on all manufacturers / suppliers / authorized distributors.
