Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company  has been established as Public / Private partnership to develop the value chain from mine to market. The company aims to enhance the exports through facilitation , technology up graduation, skills development & Marketing / Branding.

MANAGER HUMAN RESOURCES :

Candidates must fulfil the following requisites:

• First Class Masters Degree in Business / Public Administration, from HEC recognized Universities (Degree of LLB will be considered an additional qualification).
• 10 years Experience in the relevant field, 5 years should have been served in Managerial capacity.
• Maximum age Limit 45 years (on closing date of application).

The incumbent should be able to discharge following responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Selection.
• Implementation of Human Resource Rules / Policies of the company.
• Periodical review of the HR Policy and to put proposals for changes to the management.
• Training for Human Resource for development of the Company.
• To develop corporate cultures within the Company to achieve high end result from employees and to develop team working.
• Periodical evaluation of the performance of the employees.
• Should be able to develop and maintain the confidential reports of the employees.
• To conduct induction programs induction programs including basic orientation, elements of the strategic plans and human resource policy manual of the Company.
• Maintenance of employee's personnel record.
• Deal with the matters of employee's welfare like Group Insurance , Medical health care, and other matters.
• Interaction with relevant Government Agencies.

The experience for all posts as part time , honorary, apprentice and internee will not considered. Only eligible candidates will be called for test / interview . No TA/DA will be admissible. The positions offered shall be on contract basic and a competitive fixed remuneration package will be offered along with congenial working environment.
