AUCTION
O AS IS WHERE IS BASIC

A Site measuring 5000 Square yards at Phase-VIII was rented out to M/s Global Environmental Technology for establishing a Desalination Plant. The tenant has defaulted in payment of dues amounting to Rs.6.311 million as on 31 August 2007 despite issue of 3x notices. Therefore DHA has decided to exercise its power as per clause 7.3 of the Tenancy Agreement and to auction the machinery installed at Desalination Plant at l-B, Kh-e-Khalid , Phase -VIII for recovery of outstanding dues by inviting sealed bids.

Terms & Conditions:

• Sealed bids will be submitted to the Additional Director (Esate) by 1100 hours on                 15 December ,2007.
• Bids without earnest  money (5% of the bid in the shape of Pay Order in favour of DHA Karachi) shall not be entertained.
• Bids will be opened in the presence of participants at 1130 hours on 15 December 2007. by a Board of Officers.
• Bidder will bear all the expenses whatsoever for transportation of the plant to its destination from the present location.
• Successful bidder whose offer is approved by a Board of Officers , shall have to deposit 10% of the total value within 24 hours of auction and remaining amount 15 days prior to removal of plant.
• The site can be inspected from 10-11 December between 1100-1400 hours.
