16 years of technical education in Computer Science / Engineering or allied subjects. Additional qualifications in management or business fields as well as professional certifications in project Management will be given preference. CGPA of at least 3.0 in the last degree exams with at least 8 years professional experience is required. Experience of implementing CMMi or ISO-9001 certifications shall be highly preferred.

For all above positions experience of working with renowned financial or consultancy firms will be preferred.
