MANAGER LEGAL AND COMPLIANCE

FCIS / Masters or Bachelors Degree in Law from a reputable university (preferably) with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in the legal and Compliance department of a reputable organization. He / she should have in depth knowledge of the Companies Ordinance; 1984, Securities and Exchange Ordinance; 1969, Contract Act and NBFC Rules, etc. Preference will be given to those candidates having knowledge of regulations governing Capital Market operations.

For all above positions experience of working with renowned financial or consultancy firms will be preferred.
